my fresher experience
I have faced problems working with my colleagues. If you are a fresher then the First thing you have to remember is colleagues are not friends. They will become friends in the future or later but not at the initial stage of your career. Never ever trust a stranger by telling about your weaknesses and stuff unless if he/she is really a well-wisher for you. Some things you had to do if you want to survive as a fresher in some company: 1. Wish them properly with a smile like -- say "good morning", "how things are going for you", "hows the weekend". Why do I have to do that?? As a fresher, we just know about college life and things are different there.
